At Early Rider, we want to ensure your young adventurer is perfectly matched with their new bike. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned gear to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
